Welcome to Debisushi (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using debisushi.com and placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. General

Debisushi provides preorder sushi, bento, catering, and pickup-based food services through scheduled local pickup locations. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.


2. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Because our products are prepared in limited quantities and often made-to-order, availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • limit quantities,

  • cancel orders,

  • refuse service,

  • or modify menu items based on ingredient availability or operational circumstances.

Product images are for presentation purposes only and actual presentation may vary slightly.


3. Pickup Orders

Debisushi currently operates as a preorder and scheduled pickup service only.

Customers are responsible for:

  • selecting the correct pickup location,

  • arriving during the designated pickup window,

  • and reviewing all pickup instructions provided in the order confirmation email.

Failure to arrive during the pickup window may result in delays, product quality changes, or inability to fulfill the order.


4. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

  • Cash (when applicable)

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received or approved.

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders.


5. Cancellation Policy

Bento Box Orders

Bento Box orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.

Orders canceled less than 24 hours before pickup are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total order cost.


6. Catering & Large Party Orders

A 50% deposit is required to secure all catering and large party bookings.

Cancellation Terms

21+ Days Before Event

  • Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future event within 3 months.

14–21 Days Before Event

  • 50% of the total event cost is due.

7–14 Days Before Event

  • 75% of the total event cost is due.

Within 7 Days of Event

  • 100% of the total event cost is due.


7. Allergy Disclaimer

Our food may contain or come into contact with:

  • fish,

  • shellfish,

  • soy,

  • sesame,

  • wheat,

  • eggs,

  • dairy,

  • and other allergens.

While we do our best to accommodate allergy requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Customers with severe food allergies order at their own risk.


8. Food Safety & Consumption

Customers are responsible for properly handling and consuming food products after pickup.

For best quality and food safety:

  • consume products promptly,

  • refrigerate perishable items immediately if not consumed,

  • and follow any storage instructions provided.

Debisushi is not responsible for issues resulting from improper handling after pickup.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debisushi shall not be liable for:

  • indirect,

  • incidental,

  • consequential,

  • or special damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, branding, graphics, text, and menu designs, are the property of Debisushi and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


11. Privacy

Customer information submitted through the website will only be used for:

  • order fulfillment,

  • customer communication,

  • operational updates,

  • and internal business purposes.

We do not sell or intentionally share customer personal information with unrelated third parties.
