Cancellation & Catering Policy
Sushi Box Orders
Suchi Box orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
Orders canceled less than 24 hours before pickup will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total order cost due to ingredient preparation and limited production availability.
Catering & Large Party Orders
A 50% deposit is required to secure all catering and large party orders.
Cancellation Terms
21+ Days Before Event
- Deposit is non-refundable.
- Deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future event within 3 months of the original event date.
14–21 Days Before Event
- 50% of the total event cost is due.
7–14 Days Before Event
- 75% of the total event cost is due.
Within 7 Days of Event
- 100% of the total event cost is due.
Because catering orders require advance ingredient sourcing, scheduling, and preparation, all cancellation fees are strictly enforced once production planning has begun.
